The Power, Threat, Meaning Framework (PTMF) is a collection of ideas that give a different way of understanding mental health and how the wider world you live in affects this. The course will look at the main parts of the framework, give you a chance to find out what it means for you, and give you examples of these ideas in real life.

This course will take about 30 minutes to do. This timing will depend on how fast you read and how long you spend on the activities and questions. You do not need to finish the course in one go. If you leave and come back to the course, it will remember where you got up to.
