This course looks at what psychological therapies are and why you might have them. It explains what the therapy relationship might be like, the types of therapies you can get and how to get therapy. The course gives you the chance to think about if therapy is the right thing for you or if any of the other options that might be more useful to you at this time.
This course will take about one to one and a half hours do, but this timing will depend on how fast you read and how long you spend on the questions. You do not need to do the whole course in one go. If you leave and come back to the course, it will remember where you got up to.
