This workbook aims to introduce some ideas about spirituality, and help you explore your own spirituality and how it relates to your mental health and wellbeing. There are lots of real life stories along the way. Please use the parts that seem relevant to you, and feel free to adjust the language to fit your own perspective.
The course will also take you through some practical or reflective questions – you may wish to make notes for your personal use.
This course will take approximately 1 hour to complete, but this timing will depend on how fast you read and how long you spend on the activities and reflective questions. You do not need to complete the whole course in one go. If you leave and come back to the course it will remember where you got up to.
